Free Shipping
MAMALAB offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees. Your entire order, including any applicable taxes, is eligible for free standard shipping from the moment you add items to your cart. For destinations outside the contiguous United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international addresses, shipping charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that free shipping applies only to standard ground service; expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
Order Processing and Handling Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 0 to 2 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will begin processing on the next business day. For example, if you place an order at 6:00 PM EST on a Friday, the handling time will start on the following Monday. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible; however, during peak seasons or promotional events, handling time may extend by one additional business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Transit Time
After your order has been handed over to our carrier, the estimated transit time is 2 to 5 business days within the contiguous United States. This timeframe begins once the package leaves our facility and does not include the handling period. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, carrier capacity, and remote delivery locations may affect actual transit time. For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, transit time may be longer, typically 5 to 10 business days. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing; please allow additional time for such orders.
Shipping Carriers
MAMALAB primarily uses reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders. The carrier selected for your shipment may depend on the size, weight, and destination of your package. We do not redirect packages once they are in transit. If you have a preference for a specific carrier, please contact us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any applicable surcharges.
Order Cut-Off Time
The daily cut-off time for order processing is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed before this time on a business day will be processed within the handling period starting that same day (if placed before the cut-off). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be considered as placed on the next business day. For example, an order placed at 4:30 PM EST on Monday will begin processing on Monday, while an order placed at 5:15 PM EST on Monday will begin processing on Tuesday.
Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. MAMALAB is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect addresses. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will attempt to update the address before the order is shipped; however, once the package is in transit, address changes may not be possible, and additional fees from the carrier may apply.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
MAMALAB takes great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and, if appropriate, issue a replacement or refund. International Shipping
At this time, MAMALAB primarily ships within the United States. International shipping options may be available on a case-by-case basis. International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Transit times for international shipments can range from 7 to 20 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
